The product looks very bad up close—you need to be at least 4 meters away for it to appear decent. The closer you get, the worse it looks, which is far from the quality shown in the listing. It’s exactly what it appears to be—a device for displaying a logo, with no additional functionality. I took a risk hoping it could do more, but I was disappointed. The seller didn't provide all the necessary details about the display and its operations. Additionally, the base was installed incorrectly, causing damage to the power cord. It’s incompatible with Apple or Windows products, so I had to spend an extra $200 on an Android tablet. If this had been an Amazon purchase, I believe the listing would have been removed and I would have received a full refund. I gave it 3 stars because Julie was nice and patient throughout the process.

Dear, the cube led screen you bought is p3/5 sides (384*384)mm. It`s means The best viewing distance is 3 meters away... if the one with Pitch 2m or less 2m , then The closer you get,it will looks more clear..dear... the cube led screen with many different specification ... we can do P2.5/P2/P1.5 also... :)
Second,the cube led screen only support Android system , so you can use Android mobile phone or Android laptop ...
The last, To operate the program, there are more than 50 different picture and video display modes inside the APP, just need to change your own content... Most importantly, the Rubik's cube program supports DIY mode, you can DIY any picture and video rotation mode and length of time you want, we can provide online support...Only you need to spend some time to learn it ,dear.... we can help for it ... anyway.. just let us know when any problem ,thanks.again..
